We hope you enjoy your shopping with us. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have some questions, just send us a message and our customer service Coronaholic Shop team will be back to you as soon as possible.
Describe the items that you would like to return and give the reason why.
This is our return policy:
- You can return any product within 7 days (from the date you received the goods) for an exchange or a request for a refund.
- The original packaging and label should still be intact and undamaged.
- We will either send you a replacement or a refund for the returned item (s).
- We will check your return number or your receipt beforehand.
Please note that the following items can be returned or exchanged: beanies, T-Shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts. (not stil use and no damage of dirt)
Cannot be return: bags, accessoires, mask, shoes, ect. This items can not be return!
- We do not accept returned items that you have not given us prior notice.
- Please do not send goods directly to the address stated on the package you received. Only send them to the address given by customer service.
- If you would like to send the items to an address nearby, please contact us.
- Our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used when you placed your order. This will take up to 24 hours for processing via PayPal, and 7-15 business days for a credit card and Bank transfer will take 7-10 days.
- The original shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable.
- We do not provide recipient pays freight service for the packages that are returned to us. Returns are at your own expense, unless there is an error on the part of coronaholic Shop!
