Shopping cost:

The cost of delivery of the order is specified in the buyer's order and in the seller's order confirmation, depending on the shipping and acceptance method. For a standard delivery to Austria, a shipping fee of EUR 5,90 is due per order. If the type of transport is agreed on the basis of another withdrawal by the buyer, the buyer bears the risk and all additional costs associated with this type of transport!

Bratislava to Vienna    EUR 5,90 with tracking number 

Client living in Slovakia -  FREE delivery

Client living in Austria   -   FREE delivery

Rest of the World:  from EUR 29,- (depends of the delivery company and the order value)

EU with tracking Nr.: EUR 15,90 until 2kg

Express EU:  from EUR 25,- (depends of the delivery company and from the oder value)

Order over € 150, -  free delivery in Europe 

NUR IN WIEN:  persönliche Lieferung nach Vereinbarung möglich! 

ONLY IN VIENNA: personal delivery possible by arrangement!

NEW since 1st of July 2021:

Since July 1st, 2021 there is no longer a 22 euro exemption limit for goods imports from third countries (non-EU countries). This means that every shipment of goods is subject to the respective import sales tax rate from this point in time, regardless of their value. This change is based on a decision at EU level to ensure more tax equity in the domestic and EU market. So-called "bargain purchases" in third countries (non-EU countries) are therefore also taxed and therefore more expensive. Customs duties are still only due for goods without a value of more than 150 euros.

Describe the items that you would like to return and give the reason why.

This is our return policy:
  • You can return any product within 7 days (from the date you received the goods) for an exchange or a request for a refund. The original packaging and label should still be intact and undamaged.
  • We will either send you a replacement or a refund for the returned item (s). We will check your return number or your receipt beforehand.
  • Please note that the following items can be returned or exchanged: beanies, T-Shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts. Cannot be return: bags, accessoires, mask, shoes, ect. can not be return! 
  • We do not accept returned items that you have not given us prior notice.
  • Please do not send goods directly to the address stated on the package you received. Only send them to the address given by customer service.
  • If you would like to send the items to an address nearby, please contact us. Our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used when you placed your order. This will take up to 24 hours for processing via PayPal, and 7-15 business days for a credit card and Bank transfer will take 7-10 days. 
  • The original shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide recipient pays freight service for the packages that are returned to us. Returns are at your own expense, unless there is an error on the part of coronaholic Shop!
